Use Maskerij responsibly
You may use Maskerij to edit media you own or are allowed to use. You are responsible for the media you import, the edits you make, and anything you save or share. Do not use Maskerij to break the law, violate someone’s rights, or mislead people in a harmful way.
Review your results
Automated face finding and tracking can miss people or lose alignment, especially in difficult footage. Maskerij provides review and adjustment tools, but you are responsible for checking the complete finished result before sharing it when privacy matters.
Purchases and availability
Any App Store purchase or subscription is also subject to Apple’s terms. Features, pricing, and availability may change. Where required, cancellation and refund requests are handled through Apple.
Ownership
You keep your rights in your photos, videos, and finished results. Maskerij’s software, branding, artwork, and website content remain the property of their respective owner and licensors.
No guarantee
Maskerij is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that an automated privacy treatment will identify or cover every person in every frame. Nothing in these terms removes rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.
